I guess I got caught in the picture by accident. (I look so dumb) But w/e, there's
proof that I met THE Kevin Durant. I got an autograph
too. (The picture is actually me tryin to get in to get his
autograph) I was waiting in line for the A&M/Texas game, which was AWESOME!!!!!
crrrraaaaaazzzzzzzyyyyy!!! so worth
the wait (me and jeff mabute got there @ 3PM. Durant came out around 4ish). =D

Dinner
w/ David Crowder
Band~

---> So David Crowder Band led worship at Vox Veniae (the
nighttime church I go to) today. Afterward, me, Bryan, Jesse, Steph, and Tiff
wanted to go to Spaghetti Warehouse to eat. So we went there to
find it full and the wait time was 25 minutes. We didn't want to
wait so we went back to MLK to eat at Mr Gatti's. We went in to
find Pastor Gideon and his family. And in a matter of minutes,
it's David Crowder! Apparently the Vox Staff and David
Crowder Band were eating there before the band would drive back to
Waco. So, David Crowder invited us to eat with them, so we
DID! We ended up chatting for about 1.5 hours, talking about
anything ranging from how did your band start out? What majors
were you all in college? Still going on tour in the future? And a bunch of random stuff every now and then.
We talked alot and it was so cool! So after dinner, we all took a
pic and then off they go, back to Waco! =( but man, was
that an experience. =DDDDDDD It was a good thing we went to
Spaghetti Factory to leave and come back with the time that it
took. =)

I'm leaving for VGM Taiwan Missions Today!!! I'll be in Taiwan from July 7 - July 27. If you have even a minute or two to spare, please pray for our team as well as the Kyrgyzstan Missions Team. =) Here are some main prayer requests:
+ TEAM UNITY. after spending so many hours with one another, i know it
has been difficult to be constantly patient with one another, without
getting on each other's nerves, but this is the little opening for
satan to work. please pray that even on the missions trip, that
whatever issues we have with one another, we will bring them to the
table. that way, we can resolve things and not let satan reign!
+ HEALTH & SAFETY. this is something we have no control over, but
please pray that we will be diligent in eating our vitamins and that
God will watch over our bodies, so it would not hinder us in any way.
+ ENERGY. please pray that God will give us supernatural energetic
bodies :P. during training, i get so exhausted at latest, 12 o clock.
but i know in taiwan, we are going to have to stay up even longer,
preparing for the next day's curriculum.
+ ATTITUDES. most importantly, please pray that God will help us
maintain Christ-like attitudes, so we can lavish God's love onto the
people in Taiwan. even if we may face obstacles during the next three
weeks, that we can be joyful in all that we do. because we all know
that our ultimate purpose lies in Christ himself.
Thank all of you who have been and continue to pray/support us.
